About Awaken Cleanse

Directions

Shake well. 1-8 drops under the tongue one or more times a day on an empty stomach, hold for 1-2 minutes, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, do not consume protein products within 30 minutes after taking.(8 sprays = 1ml).

Ingredients

Fulvic, Tartaric, Malic, Lipoic Acid and Calcium EDTA as a natural preservative.

Fulvic Acid - (or Humic acid), is one of the major components of humic substances which are dark brown and major constituents of soil organic matter humus that contributes to soil chemical and physical quality. It is a yellow to yellow-brown humic substance that is soluble in water under all pH conditions.

Some internal benefits of fulvic are:

Tartaric acid is a white crystalline organic acid. It occurs naturally in many plants, particularly grapes, bananas, and tamarinds, and is one of the main acids found in wine. It is added to other foods to give a sour taste, and is used as an antioxidant. Salts of tartaric acid are known as tartrates. It is a dihydroxy derivative of succinic acid (succinate plays a biochemical role in the citric acid cycle). An acid found in many fruits, it is used in soft drinks and confectionery and baking powder. Chelating factors in various foods can prevent mercury absorption, including tartaric acid.

Tartaric acid was first isolated from potassium tartrate, known to the ancients as tartar, in 1769 by the Swedish chemist Carl Wilhelm Scheele. The chirality of tartaric acid was discovered in 1832 by Jean Baptiste Biot, who observed its ability to rotate polarized light. Louis Pasteur continued this research in 1847 by investigating the shapes of tartaric acid crystals, which he found to be asymmetric. Pasteur was the first to produce a pure sample of levotartaric acid.

Malic acid (MA) is an organic compound with the formula HO2CCH2CHOHCO2H. This dicarboxylic acid is the active ingredient in many sour or tart foods. The salts and esters of malic acid are known as malates. Malate anion is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle along with fumarate. Ca. 1M kg/y are produced by the hydration of maleic anhydride. Malic acid is found mostly in unripe fruits. Malic acid was first isolated from apple juice by Carl Wilhelm Scheele in 1785. In 1787, Antoine Lavoisier proposed the name acide malique, which is derived from the Latin word for apple, malum.

Alpha-Lipoic acid (ALA) is potent antioxidant and an essential cofactor for many important enzyme complexes. Because it is both water and lipid soluble, alpha-lipoic acid can reduce free radical damage in all parts of the body, including the brain.  It is able to regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and glutathione, improving the body’s overall ability to reverse oxidative stress.  Clinical studies have documented improvements in the pain, burning, and tingling associated with diabetic neuropathy as well as in cardiac health and bowel function.  Alpha-lipoic acid is able to cross the blood brain barrier to support total body detoxification.  Because of its chemical structure (thiol groups), alpha-lipoic acid significantly increases the excretion of mercury and other heavy metals in the stool

Calcuim EDTA Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid; a crystalline acid that acts as a strong chelating agent and that forms a sodium salt used as an antidote for metal poisoning and as an anticoagulant.
