Dear Kevin,
We started the PCA spray with Thomas a week ago. The first night we gave one spray and the next day was not a very good day. Thomas was extra stimmy and hyper. His attention and focus was not good. He went from jumping around to laying on the floor exhausted---whining and moaning. I called Kevin at Awaken Nutrition and he told me to back off to one drop. For the rest of the week, I have only been giving him one drop before bed. He is more stimmy than usual and his attention/focus is slightly worse than before the drops, but he is much better than he was after a full spray.

Here's the good part: Thomas receives IMT therapy once a week. I did not tell them about starting the PCA. After his therapy on Wednesday, they asked me if I was using a chelator because they found mercury in his liver and colon!!!!! What does this mean? The PCA is working! It is pulling mercury out which probably explains the increased stimming.

Tonight we are going to increase to 2 drops and see what happens. We will keep you posted. We are so encouraged and grateful that there is a chelator that works but is so less harsh on our son's body!

He has always been full of a hectic energy, he would get up and start slamming doors and climbing, would show no affection and would make very little eye contact. Literally within three days of using the spray his energy changed, he now gets up later and comes straight into bed for cuddle or to look at his book.

He selected Dr. Seuss' "Fox in Sox," and gave it to my husband. Armand repeated many words and expressions while my husband was reading.

Early in the afternoon, he took out the water hose from my hand, and watered the driveway by himself.

Hello, we ordered the PCA-RX about 2.5 mos ago and at first we weren't sure that it was working but about a month into it we became busy with the birth of our daughter and for 3 days forgot to give it to him. We noticed an immediate change in him, not for the good. After the next day of giving it to him he was sweet and back to how he should be. I don't know how it works for him but as long as we are giving it to him he is a joy to be around.

Thank you for this product it has really helped all of us. He was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 3 years old and is now almost 5. The symptoms in him started to show after his MMR vaccine. He only had a total of 6 vaccines because we were so leary of giving them to him. Now we know why we had that gut feeling not too. The symptoms have gotten so much better with no meds only PCA-RX and his multi vitamin. We tried to get him to take the samples that you sent us of the vitamins and he didn't like the taste and wouldn't take them. Hopefully you may get them in chewable? But, I do thank you dearly for sending them to us. He did take the liquid a couple of times but that was all. Anyway just wanted to thank you and we will be ordering again when he gets low. I have celiac disease. My life changed dramatically when I went on a gluten-free diet. The aches and pains, bloating, leg jerks, so many annoying little symptoms I never knew were related to celiac disease, all of them went away. But I still felt so tired and depressed. Like all of my other symptoms, I didn't pay much attention to it. My lack of energy, lack of a positive outlook, easy bruising, need for a nap every day, were so much a part of my life that I really didn't notice. But I was lucky enough, by fluke, to try the Awaken Vitamins and Minerals while they were under development. All I did was try them out. I knew they were gluten free because they were made for autistic children, and I'd been avoiding the whole vitamin issue since going on the gf diet. When I took the Awaken supplements, I didn't have any expectations, nothing I was trying to solve. My husband loved them, so I tried them.

At first, I just had more energy during the day. Then on the fourth day, I noticed a huge difference in how I felt after a meal. IFor the first time in my life, eating became a joy! Dear Kevin,
My husband and I have noticed drastic differences in Jude when he is on the multivitamin and mineral supplements. When he is without it, his receptive responses are very poor. He won't understand a lot of what we say to him.

He is hyperactive and cannot focus well. He obsesses more over an object or subject, not being able to get it out of his head. This results in very repetitive behaviors. He is more violent and unwilling to share when with his peers. His temper tantrums are severe and crying fits will last hours.

When Jude is on the multivitamin and mineral supplements he does tend to focus better giving us eye contact when we talk to him. He comprehension is better. He does calm down and is not as hyperactive as he is without it. The repetitive behaviors are minimal. Jude is not as violent in his temper tantrums and fits usually last a few minutes; at the most 15 minutes.

Overall we have noticed a very positive effect on Jude when he takes the supplements. This makes it hard for us when we run out of them!

Our son Fraser was diagnosed with autism in May of 2000 he is now seven years old. (We have twins, Fraser's sister Hallee is completely normal).

About sixteen months ago we started to use the Clathration formula PCA-rx. We also completed very expensive ultra-sophisticated and extremely accurate urine and blood test to determine whether or not heavy metals were being removed. The results were amazing. This formula really works.

But the best news is that Fraser has shown truly remarkable improvement in both speech development and behavioral adjustment. After the initial success with Clathration we then added the AF-X formula, giving Fraser six sprays of PCA-rx at night and six sprays of AF-X each morning. The resulting changes have been truly phenomenal. Fraser attends regular school with a full time teaching assistant, everyone at school has noticed a major difference particularly in his behavior. We know how well these products work because the few times that we have run out and not sprayed for several days, Fraser reverts to his former behaviors of knocking over racks of school books, running in the halls and extreme sensitivity to sound.

After two days of spraying he again returns to a calm and more focused state.

I'm a professional filmmaker and presently working on a National Film Board of Canada production about Fraser. I have fully documented these amazing changes in Fraser and they will be part of the production. It is my personal belief that Fraser was probably "poisoned" by mercury present in Thimerosol, a preservative used in the measles mumps and rubella inoculations. Certain physiological conditions exist in some children, which makes them particularly susceptible to the effects of mercury. For some reason Hallee's physiology did not react to mercury in the same way as Fraser.

PCA-rx has probably removed all of the mercury in Fraser's body by now; (we have been using it in cycles for almost 15 months). We now are relying on AF-X and any of the other miraculous formula's that are being developed by Awaken Nutrition to help him to fully heal body and brain tissues damaged by the effects of heavy metal poisoning.

One of the other incredible effects of using PCA-rx is that up until we started to use it, Fraser couldn't form any solid stools. (A prime indicator of "leaky gut syndrome" present in most autistic children, which was probably caused by mercury poisoning). He has now had fully formed solid stools for several months which indicates to me that mercury and other heavy metals which may have been resident in his intestines and colon have been removed and his body is now able to function properly in this area. He can now eat many foods that caused adverse reaction in him before. But even more significant is the fact that he is now fully toilet trained and doesn't even need a diaper at night.

I sincerely believe that PCA-rx and AF-x have been the miracle products that are helping to bring our son back. I'm so glad that I found out about your products via the Internet. I'm passing the information on to other parents that I know with autistic children. I also know that my film will be seen by thousands of parents with autistic children. I hope that they try your products and have the same amazing results that we have had.

My lead problems first started (unbeknownst to me) when I was in elementry school. My mother had bought a starter house in a lower middle class neighborhood in Boise Idaho. She was able to get some money to do some work on the house (it needed it). So she planned on re-roofing and re-siding it. The house was built before WWII, so the siding was asbestos shingle that would be replaced with fancy schmancy vinyl siding. The contractors came to pull off the old shingles and put up the new siding. They pulled off the shingles with cowbars. Shingles were flying, and so too the paint on the them. It took several days to complete the work and several more days for the contractors to clean up the old shingles. The pieces of paint were all over the ground around the house for probably a year. I didn't know it then, but the paint was full of lead. The air is dry in Boise and a lot of the paint was ground to dust and became a part of the air that my mother and I breathed. The next summer I started to have hay fever. My mom thought it was because we lived in the desert.

This is how I was exposed to lead. It still lingers with me today. As I look back I am thankful that I was past the early development stages. The reason that I say this is that in doing research on lead poisoning, I found that it impacts children of 1 - 5 years the hardest because of their quick development and rapid bone building. For me at 9 the effects really wouldn't reach me until I was 27. That is not to say that I haven't had problems with my health, but the effects of lead poisoning didn't get severe until my late 20's.

This however is not the end of my story (though I wish it were). Another thing happened when I was a child that would bring me serious health problems in the future.

Arsenic is naturally occuring element in groundwater. For most of the United States the amount is very small, but for a swath that draws a strip through the rocky mountians all the way to the mexican border, concentrations of arsenic in the ground water are the highest in the country. Boise sits very near an area with some of the highest concentrations of arsenic in the ground water.

The trouble with arsenic is that your body can't get rid of it on it's own, so if you don't do anything about it, it sticks around. It infiltrates your tissues and becomes a part of you. After a while, the arsenic starts to leech back into your system. If you do a lot of exercise or you face a lot of stress, the arsenic will come out of your tissues into your bloodstream. If too much comes out at one time, you will suffer the effects of accute arsenic poisoning, which includes at nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cardiomyopathy (weakened heart function) and hemolysis (destruction of red blood cells). All of these symptoms are mild compared to the final symptom. Death.

Which brings me to PCA. I learned about PCA through a friend. I had thought about taking it, but I had done a lot of detoxification with my naturopathic doctor in the past, so I figured I didn't need it. I had taken DMSO for quite some time, so I assumed that most of the heavy metal problems had gone. I still had problems with my health, though and I assumed this was due to unknown allergies and the aftermath of the heavy metal contimination. I had moved away from the rain and mold in Seattle, and had been slowly getting better in the sun-soaked Phoenix desert.

Then one day at work, I started to feel lightheaded, and very nauseous. I had just recovered from a very bad cold, and now seemed to be taken over with a horrible dry cough. It felt as though my mind was disconnecting from my body. I could feel my heart fluttering and I was very worried. I knew that something wasn't right and I knew that it was seriously not right. I thought that I would need to go to the emergency room (which I probably should have), but I knew that I would have a hard time explaining that I thought that I might have an acute metal poisoning. On top of that I was in a very bad way financially. I made my peace with my God, because I didn't think I would make it to the next day. I thought of the PCA and thought it might work. I didn't know if it would or not, but at least I would give it a chance. Luckily I live near Awaken and I was able to drive to get some that day. I took four sprays as soon as I bought the bottle, and didn't really notice any change. My heart was still racing, I was really lightheaded, and the coughing attacks continued. I waited for a half an hour and then I decided that I would take four more sprays. In a few minutes my heart stopped racing and though I still felt nauseous, I felt better. After about 10 minutes the nauseousness started to abate. Things went well for about 3 hours before my symptoms started to come back. I took 8 more sprays and went to bed. The next day I felt way better. My heart had completely stopped racing and I didn't feel disconnected. I guess the best way to describe it was that it felt like I had a mild hang-over. I started a regimen of the PCA. It is funny that I have come to dread taking PCA because once the symptoms were under control, taking PCA would actually bring them back again. Though over time the symptoms have become milder and milder and nothing like when I first went to get the product.

It has been two weeks that I have been taking PCA. I believe that I am out of the woods. I am going to take a break for a few weeks to let my body recover. It is amazing I used to be so angry. I guess irrated is a better word. I don't feel like that anymore. I used to carry an anger around with me that made people not want to deal with me. And I didn't even know it! It changes your whole outlook when everything doesn't irritate you anymore. I am not even really bothered by people in traffic.

So that is my story. The happy ending I think will be for me, but I am afraid to say that my mother did not find the answers fast enough and her life ended when she was 54. And the sad truth is that even though she did die at 54 she suffered most of her life. The brain tumor didn't do her in, the radiation treatment, the hysterectomy, and on top of that her immense anger, all colluded to make her into something unrecognizable. I only wish that she could have known then what I know now.

We have been using PCA-Rx with our son since the middle of October. During this time we have had urinalysis done twice through our naturopath and she was astonished at how quickly his heavy metal levels had come down. We have continued on, using a whole bottle and then giving him a break for a couple of weeks, then starting him back on again. My husband is an "if a little bit is good a lot must be better" guy and he has been giving him 10 sprays at a time. I feel that that dosage is too much. I'd like to know what the optimum is. We also want to know how long we should keep him on it. His special aid at school has found a marked difference in his ability to focus, his behavior, his appetite, pretty much everything. When we run out of PCA Rx and are taking a break, his aid noticed a marked difference within three days.
