Riboflavin
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is essential for normal mitochondrial function, glutathione production, the conversion of several B vitamins to their more active forms, and dopamine synthesis. Deficiencies are associated with inflammation of the lips, tongue, mouth, and throat and an increase in oxidative stress throughout the body.
